For over 15 years I’ve enjoyed assisting corporate communities as a management consultant who trains, coaches, facilitates, and stewards organizational cultures. In long and short engagements my experience includes leading and contributing on specific projects, as well as ongoing participation in a broad range of evolving initiatives.
I help define, refine, and articulate criteria. I coach and shepherd cultural standards within corporate environments. This includes design and delivery of training, communication of new processes, coaching for compliance and growth, coaching for critical and creative thinking, and meeting facilitation.
I’m an inside outsider, learning enough about your company to be familiar with its context, aspirations and values, while staying sufficiently separate to make discreet, objective, and significant observations that contribute to success.

Individual coaching also offered. Change, in the workplace or personal life, can give rise to fear and frustration. Sometimes change is demanded of us while at another juncture we might decide it’s time, without knowing where to begin. I don’t give advice because I don’t have the answers. I do have questions. A coaching partnership with me is a relationship with someone trained to ask pertinent and provocative questions that lend support by cultivating critical thinking capacity.
